Resident Advocate
A Resident Advocate is responsible for the day-to-day care and supervision of residents. They also collaborate with the Program Coordinator to implement each resident’s treatment plan.
Positions hiring for: Part-time various shifts
Essential Functions:
• Resident orientation
• Knowledge and implementation of residents’ treatment plans.
• Provide day-to-day care that includes medication distribution and life skills training.
• Assist residents in maintaining their daily schedule and responsibilities.
• Provide transportation.
• Sustain an emotionally healthy and supportive resident environment.
• Maintain safety protocols.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• Some knowledge of Trauma Care
• Experience working in human services
• Ability to set healthy boundaries
• Strong moral and ethical compass
• BLS and suicide prevention training a plus
